Mills County is currently accepting bids for the Annex Building Renovation Project.
Pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled for March 30, 2023 at 1:00 PM. Meet at the Annex Building at 403 Railroad Avenue, Glenwood, IA 51534. If you cannot make the pre-bid meeting, access to the building will be provided upon request.
Bids are due by May 1, 2023 at 1:00 pm. Bid opening will be on May 2, 2023 at 11:00 am at the Mills County Courthouse board room.
