Mills County requests Statements of Qualifications for Architectural and Engineering services for the Mills County Annex building located at 403 Railroad Ave, Glenwood, IA 51534. The Architect/Engineer will work with the County Board of Supervisors to develop a program, design concepts, prepare construction documents, and provide contract administration and construction observation for facility improvements that potentially include renovations and/or additions to the existing facility.
