Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Supervisors of Mills County, Iowa on the proposed contract documents (plans, specifications, and form of contract) and estimated cost for the improvement in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 26.12, Code of Iowa, at its meeting at 10:00, a.m. on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, in the weekly Board of Supervisors meeting, for the Pony Creek Park Water Main Extension. Written comments may be filed or made prior to the meeting and will be recorded in the minutes.
