As per Iowa Code 331.302 and 331.305, the Mills County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the 9th day of August 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Mills County Annex Meeting Room located at 403 Railroad Ave. Glenwood, Mills County, Iowa. The Board of Supervisors intends to amend Chapter 24 Building and Property Maintenance, and Chapter 27 Zoning Ordinance.
The Board of Supervisors intends to amend said Chapters to better align with the Code of Iowa. The Board of Supervisors also intends to correct typographical errors and renumber the Mills County Ordinances to incorporate new Ordinances adopted by the Board of Supervisors.
You may appear at the public hearing in person or be represented by an agent to make comment and/or be heard by the Mills County Board of Supervisors.
Written comments may be submitted to the Mills County Board of Supervisors at the Mills County Auditor’s Office by noon on the above date.
