As per Iowa Code 331.305, 335.6 and 335.8, the Mills County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing, on the 13th day of July 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room on the Main Floor of the Mills County Courthouse located at 418 Sharp Street, Glenwood, Mills County, Iowa. Said public hearings concern the proposed amendments to the County Code Chapter 27 - Zoning Ordinance and County Zoning District Map. In particular the Board of Supervisors intends to add, modify and/or update certain language and modify certain zoning and lots within the zoning districts. All unincorporated area of Mills County, Iowa is subject to the proposed amendment of the Zoning Ordinance and Map.
You may appear at the public hearings in person or be represented by an agent to make comment and/or be heard by the Mills County Board of Supervisors.
Written comments may be submitted to the Mills County Board of Supervisors at the Mills County Auditor’s Office prior to the public hearing.
